Fines $150,000 From PGCB For Downs Racing
The Pennsylvania Game Management Board today approved a $150,000 fine by Downs Racing L.P., the operator of Mohegan Sun Pocono Downs, for failing to meet mandatory minimum staffing levels for security staff.
The fine is the result of board approval at a public meeting on a consent agreement between the PGCB Executive Adviser’s Office and casino operators.
The consent agreement states that the casino’s failure to meet minimum security staffing requirements will span 91 days from January 3 to April 28, 2019.
The Pennsylvania Game Control Board’s next regular meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the public hearing room of the PGCB located on the second floor of the Strawberry Square complex in Harrisburg. 파워볼게임
