Bally’s Corporation today announced the completion of the previously announced acquisition of Bally’ss Atlantic City Hotels & Casino from Caesars Entertainment Inc. and V.C. Properties Inc. The acquisition’s total purchase price is $25 million, subject to custom adjustments and financed with cash on hand.

As part of the deal, Vallis will also receive three sports bets and five iGaming skins in New Jersey. As previously announced, the company has entered into strategic partnerships with Esports Entertainment Group and SportsTrade Inc. for its sports betting skins, all of which offer unique benefits in the state-of-the-art New Jersey sports betting and iGaming market and allow the company to reserve the skins for its own use. In addition, the company has signed an agreement with FanDuel to host a sportsbook within its upcoming debut Vallis Atlantic City. The company expects these partnerships to contribute to revenue.
