Full House Resort Sets Up Colorado Resort Casino

Full House Resorts Inc. today announced the name and brand of its luxury hotel and casino project at Creeple Creek, Colorado: Chamonix Casino Hotel.

Adjacent to the company’s existing Bronco Billy Casino, Charmony will bring a new level of elegance and comfort to the heart of the historic mining district. Charmony will include about 300 four-star rooms and VIP suites, which are the first luxury rooms on the market, as well as a spacious, new, elegant, and exciting casino gaming space.

Charmony’s new luxury dining experience is designed to attract culinary travelers from all of Colorado and the Denver Metropolitan area, including the nearby cities of Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Cayon. Charmony will also have an extensive conference and convention space to host concerts and other entertainment, a rooftop swimming pool, a luxurious spa, and a new self-parking garage that can accommodate more than 300 vehicles. The expected remaining investment to complete Charmony is approximately $180 million, which the company recently raised through the issuance of new senior guarantee notes. Completion of the Charmony Casino Hotel is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2022.

To alleviate parking and hotel problems during Chamonix construction, Full House agreed to acquire the nearby Car Manor, a historic bed and breakfast inn with 15 rooms located a block and a half from Bronco Billy. Originally built in 1896, Car Manor once housed the Cripple Creek High School. Today, the boutique inn originally featured architectural elements from the late 1800s, including stained glass, high ceilings, and handcrafted woodwork. Land and property purchases totaled approximately $3.4 million, subject to due diligence and customary conditions, and are expected to close in early April 2021.

“Camonics will combine ‘European Elegance and Colorado Comfort’ to bring the luxury of the French Alps to the Rockies,” said Daniel Lee, president and CEO of Full House Resort. “Our new property is named after Chamonix Mont Blanc, the world-famous French Alpine resort and the first Winter Olympics was held in 1924. About 5 million people visit Chamonix in France every year.

“The Chamonix Casino Hotel in Creeple Creek will offer 300 new rooms and VIP suites, which will almost double the hotel’s capacity in the town,” Lee said. “At Chamonix, guests can experience the natural beauty of the peak and surrounding area by hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, fishing, fossil hunting, local gold mining, and exploring historic railways. Of course, Chamonix will also offer the best and most exciting casinos and spa experiences in the Rocky Mountain area.

“Bronco Billy will continue to operate during the just-started construction of Chamonix,” Lee continued. “When Chamonix opens, we plan to temporarily close for a few weeks to make a major renovation of Bronco Billy’s 29-year-old casino. The New Bronco Billy will continue to offer Western themes under the name of Bronco Billy and will be connected to the adjacent Chamonix Casino Hotel. The loyalty points earned at Bronco Billy today can be redeemed from Chamonix once it opens, and vice versa.”

Charmony is being built in many of the parking lots that Bronco Billy customers use today. To minimize inconvenience to customers, Bronco Billy will offer free valet parking right in front of the Bronco Billy Casino on Bennett Avenue. Bronco Billy has also rented a self-parking lot on top of Bennett Avenue and will offer free service bus service to the casino for those who prefer to self-park.

Bronco Billy’s existing hotel rooms will be unavailable from some point during construction. As mentioned, Bronco Billy is acquiring the historic Car Manor, which provides the best accommodation available today at Creeple Creek to continue providing overnight accommodation to guests. Although the inn is a short distance from the casino, we will provide regular shuttle services between Car Manor and Bronco Billy. Members of Bronco Billy’s loyalty program will be able to redeem their points during their stay at Car Manor.

“The November 2020 Colorado Gaming Act change eliminated betting limits and allowed us to add new table games,” Lee said. “In response, we expanded our room base by 67% by increasing our new hotel plans at Creeple Creek. We believe the luxurious atmosphere of Chamonix will be the perfect complement to the refurbished Bronco Billy. We look forward to welcoming our first guests to Chamonix at the end of 2022 and completing the refurbishment of Bronco Billy before the peak summer season of 2023.”

The Future Growth Of Silver Sleepers Casino And Hotels
Separately, Full House Resorts has entered into an agreement with the state of Mississippi for an option to lease certain tidal flats below the Gulf of Mexico adjacent to the Silver Slipper casino and hotel for 30 years. The agreement, expected to be signed in the coming weeks, will open the possibility for the company to build a future expansion of Silver Slipper. The expansion, which is expected to have an investment of $75 million, will include a new hotel tower with more than 150 waterfront rooms (more than double the current number of rooms), a property’s first dedicated conference space, a spa, and a new luxury restaurant all in the dock connected to an existing casino hotel. These Silver Slipper expansion projects will have to be subject to customary approval from the Army Corps of Engineers, gaming industry regulators, and other agencies. Accordingly, the timing and construction of the potential expansion remains uncertain. 슬롯사이트
