They lost consecutive games at home and won on the road. The Houston Astros of the Major League Baseball (MLB) won a thrilling upset victory against the Texas Rangers in Game 5 of the American League Championship Series (ALCS, four wins out of seven).

Houston won 5-4 in a texaside showdown at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas on Monday. The victory gave Houston an edge over Texas with three wins and two losses in the series.

Houston lost both the first and second games to Texas, but won three consecutive games in Game 3 or 5 on the road. This leaves him with only one win left to advance to the World Series.
